Is it possible to recreate winning hands to establish what score they would receive under certain scoring rules?

Or would the only way be to play through many games and try and create those hands?

For example, right now, I'm trying to work out if 123B 234S 345N 456B 77S would be worth in HK scoring i.e. any extra points for the double shifted mixed chows?

On another note, I really want to learn MCR; I've read the handbook but struggle recalling them all when building hands and I think this would be a great way to learn.
